Social Media and Email Strategy
Strategic email and social media creation at Harvard Online lead to an overall increase in brand visibility and enrollment. I created the digital voice across platforms to differentiate our courses from both internal and external competitors.
Course Videos
I scripted, edited, and strategically posted marketing videos to promote courses directly to our social audiences. Working in combination with both the media and faculty teams, I generated over 50 video pieces per year. These videos increased our engagement on Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter and we experienced a 39% increase in video views year over year.
Growing Twitter
As the organization was about to abandon their Twitter account, I stepped in with a plan for increased engagement for our global audience. We saw increased metrics across the board, including:
